At Oak Valley Jewelers we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be able to return your items for refund or in-store credit. Please read through the following information carefully before attempting to return or exchange your product. If you do not comply with store policies, we may not be able to process your return or exchange.
A minimum deposit of 50% is required when the order is placed. A special order is any merchandise ordered, custom-made, or altered at the customer’s request. Special orders are non-refundable or exchangeable.

Oak Valley Jewelers wants to ensure you are happy with your purchase, and we would be happy to work with you to address any concerns you may have or provide more information about our policies should questions arise.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a purchase, you can receive a full refund within 30 days, or exchange the item for up to 90 days. Refunds are issued in accordance with the original method of payment. Personal checks require ten business days before a refund will be issued. This policy excludes watches.
A minimum deposit of 30% is required to put an item in layaway for a period no longer than 3 months. A full refund may be given within 30 days of the original transaction (excluding Special Orders). After 30 days, 10% of the sale amount will be charged, up to $150.00. If monthly payments are not made and satisfactory arrangements are not agreed to, the layaway can be returned to stock. Store credit will be issued for the amount paid. less the 15% restocking fee.
Cleaning:
Oak Valley Jewelers recommends your jewelry be cleaned and inspected at least twice a year
Sizing:
Oak Valley Jewelers will provide the first ring sizing up or down to one size free of charge for any ring purchased at Oak Valley Jewelers. Sizing must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
Watch Batteries:
Oak Valley Jewelers does not guarantee water resistance after replacing a watch battery.
Repairs:
Oak Valley Jewelers is not responsible for items left over 90 days. I acknowledge I have received my jewelry and the repair meets my satisfaction
All sales are final on discounted items and special orders. No cash refunds. Exchanges or credits cheerfully given within 30 days on purchases returned unused, in new condition, with the original sales slip and where applicable, in the original carton with all hang tags, warranty cards, and instructions books intact. In certain cases, returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All diamond and sapphire, ruby, emerald, or other precious gemstone purchases made online or in-store are covered under our limited warranty. Your stone is covered from chips and breakage under this guarantee. Imperfections in the stone, inclusions, or other defects present upon purchase are not considered under this guarantee. Stones must be inspected every 6 months to maintain your warranty. If you lose your diamond or gemstone, this warranty is void. This policy does not apply to center diamonds or gemstones purchased elsewhere. Normal or excessive wear and tear, damages caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or misapplication, loss, theft, or unexplained disappearance are not covered under this warranty.
